How do I modify or cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the website. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for any urgent issues, but we cannot guarantee changes.

What if I'm late to pick up my order?

For canteen orders, your food will be held for a reasonable time. For Grubzly deliveries to pickup points, our Bear will wait for a short period and attempt to contact you. We recommend being on time to ensure your food is fresh.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my food?

As per our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final. However, we take feedback very seriously. Please use the rating system on your orders page or contact us directly so we can address any quality issues with our partners.
